Make that Windows faster.  Sometimes Windows can be sped up by adding RAM.  If you have less than 128meg of RAM, you should consider adding more.   Make that older computer faster.  System upgrades start at $230.  Most older computers can be upgraded by replacing the the System Board, CPU and RAM.  You would keep your case, drives and data.  Sometimes Windows will need to be reloaded upon changing the System Board.
